Built around a core team of diverse in-house supervisors, dialogue editors, sound designers and assistants, our acclaimed organization has a reputation for it's attentiveness to projects and client services. ALLAN FUNG
President / Sound Supervisor
With over 25 years of experience in post-production sound and more than 15 as a Sound Supervisor, Allan has built an extensive resume of credits, clients and accolades that support his established reputation as a respected artist and a client pleaser. Allan founded Parachute in 2010 to bring to life his new vision of a post-production sound team.
HOLLY GREENLY
Sound Effects Editor
After graduating from Sheridan College, Holly joined Parachute in 2017 as an assistant sound editor where her passion for sound developed into a defining talent. Recently, Holly became the newest member of the editorial team where she has already made her mark. Notably, Holly has a passion for mac and cheese and all things basketball.
MELISSA HINTON
Sound Super/Dialogue Editor
After graduating from Sheridan College, Melissa started her career in audio in 2014. She found her passion in the art of dialogue and ADR editing. Since then she has worked on numerous nominated films and shows such as Spinning Out, Buffaloed and Private Eyes. Melissa enjoys figure skating and has a passionate love for popcorn.
David Prato
Foley Artist
After moving from Venezuela and studying at York, David found his passion for sound editing and post-production in the world of foley. Known for his ever-growing collection of shoes and creaky wood boards, he brings a hands-on approach to capturing authentic sounds. A die-hard Mets fan, David brings a touch of New York energy to his work—even from his home base in Toronto.
JESSE GILLINGHAM
Dialogue Editor
A nominated dialogue/adr editor and sound supervisor for nearly 10 years, Jesse has a developed reputation for pushing boundaries by combining a fresh artistic vision of sound with cutting edge technology. When not directing adr or editing dialogue, Jesse is known as chicken wing connoisseur and a self-proclaimed politics aficionado.
